I’m back…well, at least the less stressed and more empty minded me. I can’t remember the last time I posted and that isn’t a good sign, but I have been wrapped up in planning and booking AW18 collections and have only just come up for air!
Over the past 5 years there has been a strong shift in the way we are all investing our hard earned cash, in particular the popularity of logos has declined. No longer are we pining over the Chanel’s, Louis Vuitton’s and Gucci bags with logos; instead a want of discreet luxury has taken over. You only have to look at the popularity of the Mansur Gavriel Bucket Bag (still with an endless wait list) to know that we have all changed our perception on what luxury fashion is.
